Nava Arts UK was established in 1995 in collaboration with the Nava Arts Centre in Germany, based on the Mission, Pleadges and Objectives outlined below:
Mission
Nava Arts’ Mission, is the promotion of regional and classical Persian music of the highest standards throughout the UK.
Pleadges
Nava Arts’ pledges to act solely as a cultural organisation and reinvest any profits to further advance it’s objectives, in line with it’s Memorandum of Association.
Objectives
Nava Arts aims to achieve it’s objectives by:

- Organising cultural events such as concerts and festivals.
- Hosting events for master musicians
- Promoting unknown talents, regardless of gender, ethnicity, age or religion
- Collaborating with local as well as international organisations and institutions
- Collaborating with local as well as international organisations and institutions
- Organising music workshops, seminars and lessons
- Publishing Albums, articles and information packs

This policy applies to employed and freelance staff and to people working on and off-projects.

Nava Arts will:

We will monitor the success of this policy regularly and review our progress at least once a year. As a small company we will ensure that this policy is implemented in full and to the best of our ability. The person who is responsible for ensuring the implementation of this policy is Fariborz Kiani, Director, Nava Arts UK.
This policy is fully supported by the senior management of the company. Breaches of the policy may be regarded as misconduct and could lead to disciplinary proceedings.
